Paintstore.com is an industry-focused web site, intended for those involved with any and all phases of painting. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Technology Publishing / PaintSquare collects basic identity information, such as name, company, and personal contact information such as e-mail address, home or work address, telephone number or fax number. Technology Publishing / PaintSquare may also collect demographic information, such as your state, ZIP code, country, company type, preferences, interests and favorites. Information collected by Paintstore.com may be combined with information obtained from any Technology Publishing / PaintSquare publication.

If you choose to sign up for a paid subscription service (such as Paint BidTracker) we will collect additional personal information, including your credit card number and billing address, in order to create a Technology Publishing / PaintSquare billing account.

Technology Publishing / PaintSquare keeps track of the pages our customers visit within Paintstore.com in order to determine what Technology Publishing / PaintSquare sites and services are the most popular.

Technology Publishing / PaintSquare also collects certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses.
